How do I track my order?

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?

  • Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, which vary based on order value, country limits, and other factors. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

  • We highly recommend including your phone number in your order when ordering internationally. This helps minimize the risk of lost shipments and ensures smoother delivery.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out to us, please:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  2. Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.

  3. Ask your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise. If you know you won’t be home for delivery, use an address where someone can receive it.

If you find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order; however, the new order will be at your expense.
