FAQs – EEJIT GOLF
Welcome to EEJIT GOLF! Here’s everything you need to know about our products, orders, and policies.


Washing & Care for Your Items

Mugs

  • Hand-wash only to keep the print looking fresh!
  • Safe for the microwave – but don’t leave it in there for more than 5 minutes (we’re all about that quick coffee break, not a microwave marathon).

T-Shirts/Polos & Hoodies/Sweatshirts

  • Turn them inside out to keep the print intact.
  • Wash in cold water and line dry – it'll keep your clothes looking good and feeling fresh.
  • If you must tumble dry, low heat is your best bet (but we still recommend line drying to preserve the fabric and print).
  • No ironing (unless you want to risk melting the print – we’re pretty sure that’s not a good look).

Ordering

What payment methods do you accept? Can I pay with a money order or purchase order?
We accept debit cards, major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Easy peasy!


Returns, Refunds & Replacements

What is your refund/return policy?

  • Returns are eligible within 1 month of the order date (no more, no less – we’re firm but fair).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you need to return an item, we’ll refund the purchase price, including any discounts you received.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?

  • If the order hasn’t shipped, just email us at eejitgolfofficial@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll cancel it right away.
  • Once it’s shipped, we can’t cancel it, but we can accept returns (minus shipping fees) if you need to send it back.

I ordered the wrong size/color/item by mistake! Can I return it?

  • If we haven’t shipped it yet, no worries! We’ll cancel and let you place a new order.
  • If it’s already on its way, we can still accept a return. Just send it back, and we’ll refund you. You can then place a new order for the correct size/color/item.

One of my items is missing! What should I do?

  • Sometimes items ship separately (we promise it’s not a mistake). Check your shipping email to see what’s on its way, or reach out to us at eejitgolfofficial@gmail.com if you have any concerns.

I received the wrong size/color/item. How can I get the right one?

  • Oops, we’re sorry about that! Contact us at eejitgolfofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the details about the item you received, and we’ll get it sorted out ASAP.

An item in my order was damaged/defective. What should I do?

  • First off, sorry about that! Let us know the damage by emailing eejitgolfofficial@gmail.com. Send us a pic if you can, and we’ll send you a replacement within 2 business days.

My order shipped but never showed up! Where is it?

  • If your order is taking longer than expected, we’ve got you covered! We offer replacement coverage for up to 6 months after the order date. Let us know if your package got lost in the ether, and we’ll work with you to sort it out.

Shipping

I need to change my shipping address!

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, hit us up at eejitgolfofficial@gmail.com with your new address.
  • If it’s already shipped, we can’t change the address, but we’ll send it to a new one for a second shipping fee. Sorry, we wish we could just teleport it!

Can you ship to my address if it’s written in a language other than English?

  • We can only print shipping labels in English. If your address includes non-English characters, please send us a translated version to make sure we get it right.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and your location. Add items to your cart, enter your shipping address, and our system will calculate it for you!

How long will it take for my order to ship?

  • Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, but if you order near the weekend, it might ship early next week. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Will I have to pay customs/import taxes or additional fees?

  • Certain items ship from specific locations (like swimwear), and if you’re ordering to the UK and the order value is over £100, you might have to pay extra duties. Check with your local customs for more details.

I never got a shipping confirmation or tracking number! What should I do?

  • Check your spam folder first! If it’s not there, contact us at support@eejitgolf.com, and we’ll make sure to track it down for you.
